Fixed fee.
No surprises.

Assessments start from £225 for smaller premises. Larger sites are quoted on a fixed fee, agreed in writing before any work begins.

Quote

Send us the address, the type of premises and its size. We confirm a fixed fee before we visit.

Site visit

Ray Amoah inspects the premises in person, from escape routes and fire doors to alarms, lighting and management records.

Written report

A clear, photo-backed report with a prioritised action plan, delivered from 48 hours after the visit.

Review

We remind you when the assessment is due for review, at least annually and after any significant change.
